Family road trip

In search of snow, Jess, Sam, Steven, and Anna headed north this week. Loading up the team, and, optimistically, 4 dog sleds, they drove 200 icy miles to Cantwell in hopes of mushing down the Denali Highway. When they arrived, much to their chagrin the team found only light snow and a little too much ice. After a lot of hemming and hawing, they decided that more control was needed and truck mushing it was. After ten miles of climbing, the light rain turned to snow and the dogs and mushers were thrilled to find nice trails. Snow angels were made, mostly by the dogs.
